Dancing Souls

From the first time a friend took me to a conscious dance class in London, I was hooked to this practice. I haven’t stopped dancing since. That was over 10 years ago. My passion has taken me to many wonderful dance floors, teachers and places in different parts of the world. I am utterly grateful and feel blessed for having had all these experiences and having created many meaningful connections and new friends.

Becoming more and more in touch, through creative free form movement, with my body’s knowledge – not just my brain’s knowledge – things started to change in my life gently and slowly. Unconscious life habits transformed into healthier actions. That process continues and I am in awe with where this path has led me so far and might lead me in the future.

My dance practice has shifted from focus on me to focus on others. Today my aspiration as an Open Floor teacher is to create community, bring joy and (self-)love to others
